Riverbed is partnering with the Gender-Based Violence and Femicide (GBVF) Response Fund to create a positive impact. The fund was launched by President Cyril Ramaphosa and plays a critical role in the alleviation of GBVF through research, awareness and partnering with Community Based Organisations.
Monalisa Zwambila, CEO and Founder of Riverbed, said the strategic partnership with the Fund is a demonstration of the agency’s purpose-led ambition and belief in the Power of Care, to Create Positive Impact. ‘This is a significant win for us on every level, said Zwambila, ‘because this partnership sees the realisation of our vision to create a social impact practice that at its core will work with brands and NPO’s to unleash their purpose and inspire action.’
‘As a female owned and led agency, partnering with the GBVF Response Fund to support their work, means we create work that impacts all women in South Africa, making this account extremely personal for us.’
Riverbed has developed a unique Care Framework, which uses Carepoints to align strategy with what stakeholders and consumers value. ‘Our Care Culture Philosophy is a key differentiator for us and it’s encouraging to see clients lean in because of the value our proposition is able to unlock.’
‘We understand the magnitude of the task upon us, and this win affirms our steadfast commitment to creating impactful work that matters. We are grateful for the opportunity and look forward to working with the GBVF Response Fund team to make a meaningful difference in our society,’ Zwambila concluded.
