Masego Motsogi has been appointed to lead M&C Saatchi Abel Joburg. The appointment follows an industry-wide search and adds to the group’s deep commitment to the future of female talent. Motsogi officially joins M&C Saatchi Abel on 2 October.
Motsogi joins M&C Saatchi Abel Johannesburg from TBWA, with over six years of experience as Managing Director at 99c JHB and then Grid Worldwide, as well as numerous previous roles both in advertising and marketing.
Motsogi joins a group of dynamic and powerful women leaders in the Group and becomes the fifth female at MD level across the seven agencies in the Group. This is in addition to the 60% females that make up the collective senior leadership of M&C Saatchi Abel.
